Policy: 50% Non Refundable Deposit to confirm order. Custom orders are booked in the order they are confirmed. Please understand we are a custom cake shop that bakes from scratch and not a production bakery that can accommodate unlimited orders. We encourage you to book your order as soon as possible to insure we are able to provide the cake you envision for your event. There are busy times of the year we book 3-4 weeks ahead, keep this in mind when you are planning your event. Min. 1 week notice to make changes to custom order. Cancellations: must be 1 week prior to scheduled pick up.
